Looks very nice.I have been looking for a suitable theme like this. I will try this on my site.
I have just tried this theme but I get an error message which shows at the top of the page.
Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in ….\wp-includes\widgets.php on line 60
I am using Wordpress 2.6 but I have tried it on an older version on my PC and I get the same error.
How can I fix this?

Ok so …
As the error message says it, the error comes from a wordpress file located in \wp-includes\widgets.php on line 60 (it therefore does not come from the template scripts / files).
The solution is to change your old lines ($sidebar = array_merge($defaults, $args);) to the following:
$sidebar = array_merge($defaults, (array)$args);
That’s all
PS : I tested it on a fresh / brand new installed wordpress site and it worked fine for me
