New WP Themes is a great place if you want to find a free wordpress template.

We use to follow their RSS Feed in order to automatically check when new templates are added.

One thing that is really cool about New WP Themes‘s RSS is that their is always a thumbnail attached to each item. This is very handy for users like us / you ^^.
